1. Payout Calculation Formula
Payout is a percentage of the positive daily change in the Trader's Capital Account balance that the prop trading company automatically deducts from the Client's accounts on a daily basis if such change is positive.
Referral remuneration (Referee Payout) received by the Trader is not considered part of the Trader's trading result. It does not affect either the applicable Payout rate or the calculation of changes in the Capital Account balance.
When calculating Payout, results from all trading instruments and trading venues linked to the Capital Account are taken into account.
The applicable Payout rate is determined according to the following table:

If the Trader's balance is below RUB 20,000, Payout on a positive financial result is charged at a preferential rate of 5% instead of the rate applicable under the table above. Once the balance exceeds RUB 20,000, the Payout rate is calculated according to the standard rate schedule above.
If the capital reaches the critical loss level, the Payout rate is increased to 25% and remains at this level until the Trader recovers from the negative zone. The increased Payout rate applies regardless of the amount of capital provided by the Company.
If trading operations are conducted on both ADF Capital and Global Broker trading venues, Payout based on the financial results is deducted separately for each of these trading venues.
