Regulations

Profit Withdrawal

1. Withdrawal Rules

The Trader is entitled to withdraw earned profit on a monthly basis.

The amount available for withdrawal is calculated daily in the Personal Account or provided upon request to Customer Support, based on trading results up to and including the previous trading day.

The Trader may withdraw up to 70% of the earned funds available for withdrawal in accordance with the procedure established by these Regulations.

The remaining 30% of the earned funds are paid to the Trader upon closure of their account with the Company or become fully available for withdrawal during the last full week of the calendar year.

This Section does not apply to Traders trading through Global Broker (withdrawal rules are governed by the "Exclusive Access to the Global Market" Regulations) or to Traders holding "MOEX Arbitrageur" status (withdrawal rules are governed by Section 2 of these Regulations).

The withdrawal amount may not exceed the cumulative change in the Capital Account balance as of the time of withdrawal. A withdrawal request must be submitted through the Trader's Personal Account.

The Company applies a single monthly withdrawal schedule:
● applications are accepted until 12:00 Moscow time on the Monday preceding the last full working week of the month;
● on that Monday, applications are submitted for review;
● payments under approved applications are made from Tuesday through Friday of the last full working week of the month;
● applications submitted after the specified deadline are carried over to the next monthly payment cycle.
If fraudulent activity or a violation of the terms of cooperation is identified, the Company reserves the right to withhold the earned profit until the review has been completed and a final decision has been made.

To receive remuneration, the Trader must submit a withdrawal request through the Personal Account. By submitting the request, the Trader confirms:

  1. ● acceptance of the current version of these Regulations;
    ● the accuracy of the personal data provided during registration.

Funds are transferred to the bank details specified by the Trader in the Personal Account or updated when submitting the withdrawal request.

The Traider may cancel the withdrawal request up to the moment of request submission to the Accounting department (Wednesday, 12:00 p.m. Moscow time).

2. "MOEX Arbitrageur" Status

A Trader may obtain a special "MOEX Arbitrageur" status in the Personal Account. This status provides access exclusively to arbitrage trading strategies on MOEX.

The 30% reserve rule does not apply to Traders holding this status: 100% of their income is available for withdrawal on a monthly basis.

Trading using strategies other than arbitrage strategies while "MOEX Arbitrageur" status is active constitutes a violation of these Regulations and may result in penalties under the Company's internal rules, up to and including account blocking and termination of cooperation.

3. “VIP” Status

A trader who meets all of the conditions listed below is granted “VIP” status, which allows them to withdraw profits once a week.

Eligibility requirements:
● Balance: at least ×2 the capital provided;
● Drawdown: no more than 10% of the maximum Balance or Equity;
● Stability Index: above 1.5.
The Stability Index represents the ratio of the current Balance to the initially provided amount of funds.
Example: Initial sum provided: RUB 100,000; Balance: RUB 200,000; Stability Index = 200,000 / 100,000 = 2.

VIP status is granted automatically once all conditions are met.

After each withdrawal, the Stability Index must remain above 1.5. If it falls below 1.5, VIP status is revoked, and weekly withdrawals are no longer available (the monthly withdrawal schedule set out in Section 1 will apply).

For traders with VIP status, withdrawal requests must be submitted by 12:00 PM (MSK) on Wednesday. Payment is made within the same week.

A trader may not request a reduction in the capital provided for the purpose of obtaining or retaining VIP status. If the Company identifies such a request, it reserves the right to refuse the capital reduction and/or revoke the trader’s VIP status.

4. Execution of the Act

Once per quarter, ADF Capital prepares a financial report that will be available for download and may be used for submission to the tax authorities.

Before downloading the report, the Trader must sign it in the "My Documents" section of the Personal Account.

Payments to Traders are made on the basis of a quarterly Act of Services Rendered prepared by the Company based on the results of the reporting period. The reporting period is a calendar quarter.

The Company prepares the Act based on trading platform data reflecting the results of the Trader's activities during the reporting period.

The Act is signed electronically and constitutes the sole basis for the accrual and payment of remuneration.

5. Rules for Self-Employed Traders

Payments to self-employed Traders are made on the basis of a quarterly Act of Services Rendered after a withdrawal request has been submitted through the Personal Account.

After receiving remuneration, a self-employed Trader must issue a receipt in the "My Tax" application and submit it through the Personal Account within three business days from the date the funds are credited to the account.

The receipt must include:
● Company TIN: [specify the current TIN];
● Service name: "Development of Trading Strategies";
● Receipt date: the date on which the funds were credited to the card.
Descriptions such as "financial services," "financing," "investments," or similar wording must not be used.

Payments to self-employed Traders are made to the card linked to their "My Tax" profile.

If a Trader fails to comply with the applicable legal requirements for self-employed individuals, the Company reserves the right to suspend further payments until the relevant violations have been remedied.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RUB 5,000, and the maximum withdrawal amount is RUB 100,000 per month.

If a Trader wishes to withdraw larger amounts, they must obtain Individual Entrepreneur (IE) status and re-sign the Client Agreement to reflect their updated tax status.

6. Rules for Individual Entrepreneurs

Payments to Individual Entrepreneurs are made on the basis of a quarterly Act of Services Rendered after a withdrawal request has been submitted through the Personal Account.

The Individual Entrepreneur is solely responsible for calculating and paying all taxes, fees, and other mandatory payments associated with receiving remuneration.

The Company is not a tax agent and does not withhold taxes from payments.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RUB 5,000, and the maximum amount of a single payment to the Individual Entrepreneur's business bank account is RUB 2,000,000 (two million rubles) per reporting period (quarter).

If a larger amount needs to be paid, the Company may divide the payment into several tranches made on different dates within the same reporting period.

If the business bank account details change, the Individual Entrepreneur must update the relevant information in the Personal Account in advance.

7. Rules for Non-Residents of the Russian Federation

ADF Capital currently does not conduct business with non-residents of the Russian Federation.
