Regulations

1. Purpose

Verification is conducted to confirm a Trader's previous trading experience and to ensure that the statistics in the Trader's application are recorded correctly.

Successful verification grants the Trader verified-experience status, which is taken into account when determining the amount of starting capital.

2. Verification Procedure

To complete the verification, the Trader must provide a screen recording of their broker account showing their trading statistics.

3. Video Content Requirements

The following information must be clearly visible in the video recording:

● Account ownership — the full name displayed in the Trader's broker account must match the full name provided by the Trader when registering with the Company.

● Trading statistics — the financial result for a period of at least the previous three months and, where available, up to six months.

4. Recording Format Requirements

The video must be created using screen-recording software.

Recordings made by filming the screen with another device, such as a smartphone or tablet, will not be accepted.

5. Submission Procedure

The video recording must be submitted through the Trader's Personal Account in any commonly used video format, such as MP4 or MOV. The video must not exceed five minutes in duration.

6. Verification Result

Upon successful completion of the verification, the Trader is granted verified-experience status, making them eligible for a higher amount of starting capital.
If the video recording is missing one or more mandatory elements specified in Sections 3–4, or if the recording quality does not allow the information to be verified, the application will be returned for revision with the relevant comments or rejected until the identified issues have been resolved.

2. Nicknames and Team Names Creation

Traders may use any nickname that meets the following requirements:

  • ● does not violate applicable law;
  • ● does not contain insults, threats, or profanity;
  • ● does not contain discriminatory or derogatory language;
  • ● does not infringe upon the rights of other individuals or companies;
  • ● does not create the impression that the user is an employee, representative, or executive of the Company when this is not the case.
The Company reserves the right to modify or remove a nickname if it violates the above rules or may adversely affect security or reputation.

Upon a violation detection, the trader may be asked to change their nickname. In cases of repeated or serious violations, the Company reserves the right to take additional measures in accordance with its general rules.
