Regulations

1. What Is Good-Faith Trading?

ADF Capital monitors compliance with applicable laws and takes measures to prevent market manipulation. For this purpose, the Company continuously monitors the trading activities of its Traders.

Traders must trade in good faith using their own account, must not create additional accounts, and must not trade on behalf of third parties.

Market manipulation means intentional actions that significantly distort bid and ask prices or trading volumes of various financial instruments.

The following laws and regulations govern Traders' activities:

● Federal Law No. 224-FZ dated July 27, 2010, "On Countering the Misuse of Insider Information and Market Manipulation and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation."
● The Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: Article 185.3 — Market Manipulation; Article 185.6 — Misuse of Insider Information.

2. Measures Applied in Cases of Unfair Trading

If ADF Capital receives a request from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation concerning a suspected market manipulation transaction conducted by a Trader, ADF Capital forwards the request to the relevant Trader.

While the matter is under review:

● the Trader's trading activity is temporarily suspended.
● the Customer Support's team remains in contact with the Trader and assists in resolving the matter.

If unfair trading is confirmed:

● the Company unilaterally terminates its contractual relationship with the Trader;
● the Company blocks all of the Trader's accounts;
● the Trader may be subject to administrative or criminal liability.

Recommendations:

Strictly comply with the laws of the Russian Federation!
When trading, do not use strategies that may be classified as market manipulation.
